1. The service

Expense capture, approval, reporting and accounting export for your company and its operating companies, on web and mobile.

2. Accounts and administrators

Your administrators control who has access, their roles, and your company's settings. You are responsible for activity under your accounts.

3. Your data

You own the data you put into the service. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and a data processing agreement.

4. Trials, fees and billing

Free trials last 14 days. Paid plans, fees and billing terms will be specified in your order.

5. Acceptable use, suspension and termination

We may suspend access for non-payment or misuse, with notice where possible. You can export your data before termination.

6. Warranties, liability and governing law
